With 15 years Kung Fu Practice as a member of the British Kung Fu Association and 10 years practicing Tai Chi and Qigong, most recently that of Yang Style 24 form Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong with Tarik Tekman, advanced instructor and member of Tai Chi & Qigong Healing Institute, Peace Players International-Cyprus, Lam Tai Chi Chuan Association and Da Cheng Chuan Chi Kung Research Group. Lisa also previously practiced Chen style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong under the instruction of Mark Guggiari, advance instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain
Sessions to share practice in the ongoing development of Tai Chi and Qigong energy work and skills are available
With 15 years Professional experience as a Creative Dance Movement Practitioner, 4 years as a University lecturer and 2 years leading Tai Chi Practice to degree dance students, Lisa has extensive understanding of shared practice, practical instruction, pedagogy and co-creation.
Classes are perfect for beginners and those wishing to use Tai Chi to improve their health.
