With 13 years Kung Fu Practice as a member of the British Kung Fu Association and 7 years practicing Tai Chi, most recently that of Yang Style 24 form Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong with Tarik Tekman, advanced instructor and member of Tai Chi & Qigong Healing Institute, Peace Players International-Cyprus, Lam Tai Chi Chuan Association and Da Cheng Chuan Chi Kung Research Group. Lisa also previously practiced Chen style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong under the instruction of Mark Guggiari, advance instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain
With 15 years Professional experience as a Creative Dance Movement Practitioner, 4 years in Higher Education teaching roles and 4 years leading Tai Chi Practice, Lisa has extensive understanding of shared practice, practical instruction, pedagogy and co-creation.
