The importance of taking time to reflect and centre, create space for connection, communication, creativity and learning. With a focus on Peace of mind and balancing body-mind-spirit for internal harmony.
From beginner to seasoned meditator, you are very welcome to come as you are. No experience necessary. With a range of approaches available, sessions can be created to suit your needs.
I am a certified NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Timeline Therapist with over 30 years experience practicing a range of meditation techniques and leading workshops.
Sessions last for up to 1 hour and are themed and intuitive to the energy of the group.
